We are extremely grateful for the exceptional contribution made by Manexc, through Mario Matei, towards the establishment and organization of our production facility at Evinox. 

 

At Evinox, we design, develop, manufacture, integrate and supply technology, equipment, solutions and services for the efficient installation, operation, and revenue management of intelligent communal heat networks. Our products are installed in high-end residential developments across London and the UK, where the highest level of quality and reliability is required.

 

Mario’s expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Principles has been instrumental in shaping our engineering and production operations. Armed with a wealth of knowledge and experience, Mario has coached and supported our team in designing and configuring the production flows that allow us to build custom-made, high-quality products in small and medium batches in a cost competitive and controlled manner.


The implementation of these principles has not only streamlined our processes but also fostered a culture of continuous learning and improvement within our organization.


Mario’s invaluable contribution extends beyond just the setup of our production facility, having played a crucial role in training our managers and staff in aspects such as project planning/project management, Visual Management, Total Quality Management, and organizational development, imparting valuable skills and knowledge that has empowered our team to maintain these high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Cooperation between TEA CENTER KAZAKHSTAN and MAN EXC Consulting SRL

We’d several objectives, that should be covered, like:

Thanks to the support of EBRD and personal involvement of Mario in the initial phase of our business , based on SWOT we developed a 5 years Strategy Summary, Master Plan, BSC and KPIs . 

 

It has become a roadmap for me as an owner to grow the business . I would like to note the ability to emphasize the essence and reflect it in convenient document formats as well.

It was also a big pleasure to work with Mario. He has a high level of empathy and cares not as a temporary consultant

As Sudesan Detergents & Cosmetics Company, we have worked with Mr. Mario Matei in 2022 on the implementation of Kaizen methodology for 9 months. 

 

We tried several times in the past to sort out our operational issues, however, we have realised that in some points we were struggling in solving some basic but critical issues . After our partnership with Mr. Mario Matei, we have applied Lean production methodology and Kaizen techniques to our production and warehouse area. As a consequesce of this, we have reduced the complexity and we improved significantly our operations . 

 

Also ,these changes helps the blue employees in performimg their work much more easier with higher efficiency.

As Sudesan, we are planning to be in touch with Mr. Matei and continue our development plan.
